Intercomp's Distribution Sales Manager will play a key role in driving point of sales revenues, growth and market share.
Key Job Responsibilities: - Increasing Mindshare within our Principles Franchised Distribution Network
- Driving and Managing Demand Creation Activity, Customer Base Expansion and Business Development initiatives
- Strategic Account Tiering incl. Engagement Planning & Execution Management
- Opportunity Management, Tracking and Reporting
- Field Presence incl. Joint Customer Visits; Branch and Project Reviews; Product Updates and Trainings
The ideal candidate will have a background and proven track record in a similar sales position (either channel or direct) within the Semiconductor industry.
You must be : willing to travel; fluent in English & German; an effective communicator and capable of working under your own initiative.
